		<description>&lt;p&gt;No doubt, I feel the same way: books are a sort of property -- to have them defaced would be to reduce their value.  It&#039;s just plain old &lt;em&gt;wrong&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But, the article made me think (I love that sort of thing).  Perhaps I&#039;m wrong, maybe I&#039;d get more out of my books if I used them differently.  I know that I have a set of books with post-its littering the pages ... and it&#039;s those books that I tend to go back to more often.&lt;/p&gt;
